- Eligibility for Returns: You may return unused, defect-free items in their original, factory-sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- Return Process: Please contact our support team with your order number. Once we verify the condition of the weighted blanket or sleep mask, we will provide you with instructions for the return shipment.
- Refund Methodology: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund back to your original payment method via our API-based digital service platform. Please allow 5–7 business days for the credit to appear in your account.
